This section is designed to guide people towards helping themselves to live vibrant healthy lives. The tools that I’ve listed here are ones that I use in my own life to great benefit and I want to share them with you too. This is the simplest and easiest information that I have encountered about the ‘Law of Attraction’ and positive living. Their website – here – contains free introductory material and there is a lot of material on YouTube also. As a starting point I highly recommend the book, Ask And It Is Given. It contains useful processes to help us feel good about our lives.
EFT is, in my opinion, one of the best self help techniques going – so good it has its own section on this site. Here is some information to get you started:

Institute of Heartmath:
Heartmath’s simple techniques and approach to heart based living and managing emotions and stress struck a chord with me, so I’m including them even though they are fairly new to me. Their website has a free ‘tools for wellbeing’ section – here. My favourite is currently ‘Quick Coherence’.
